Since my character uses a sword as a weapon, I researched the animated "Demon Slayer" to find the right pose for my character and to reference it.

Ruri is a playful 14-year-old girl who has a lot of expressions, so I researched the expressions more and tried out many of them.

I really like poses 1 and 2, so I'd like to make a color version, maybe can use for a character presentation board.

After I did Outfits Study 1, I realized that we shouldn't make outfits that are similar to game costumes, we should design something special for different events.

2. Pajamas, we all decided to have a pajama party
3. Ruri's Hobby - adventure, exploring

I was given feedback that the outfits is too simple and needed more decorations, so I try to add more patterns to them.

Red stands for Tsubaki flowers, and also red flames. Blue represents blue flames, and my character's name "Ruri" means blue jewel in Japanese. So in the end, I decided to use blue as the main color and red as the highlight. As for the hero pose and 3D sculpture, I chose Fig7.3 Turnaround Study 3 as the final color scheme because I didn't want to make the image too complicated.

31/8/2023-7/12/2023 (week1-week15) Ng Jia Xien (0355062) Vehicle and Props Design Instruction  Week2(Public Holiday) Week 3 Deconstruction exercise  During week 1, we were supposed to complete the deconstruction exercise, which is using shape to block out the vehicles and try to understand the mechanism and structure. I did start that exercise but still couldn't complete it before the week 3 submission, so Mr. Kannan allowed me to extend the submission deadline to week 4, and I did finish on time. We were also asked to do research on different terrain vehicles (sea, land, air), we could come out with the idea of vehicles based on movies/games/ animation and others.
